Bungy Jumping with Thrill Spirit
Bungy jumping with Thrill Spirit is designed to be safe, beginner-friendly, and incredibly thrilling. If you meet the criteria below, you’re ready for one of the most unforgettable experiences of your life.
Basic Requirements
• Minimum age: 12 years (Consent required if under 18)
• Weight must be between 40 kg and 110 kg
• No prior Bungy experience required
• Beginners and first-time jumpers are welcome
Fitness & Health
• Participants must be in good physical and mental health
• You should not have heart conditions, epilepsy, severe back/neck issues, or recent major surgeries
• Pregnant women are strictly not allowed
• Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Harness & Safety Fit
• Participants must properly fit into certified safety harness equipment
• Final participation approval is given by the Bungy Master after safety checks
For Couples & Friends
• Couples and friends can all participate individually
• Each person must meet all safety, weight, and harness criteria

Thrill Spirit follows strict operational, safety, and scheduling protocols. By booking a Bungy Jumping activity, participants agree to the following cancellation and refund terms.
1. Cancellation by Participant
• Cancellation 72 hours or more before the scheduled jump:
90% refund of booking amount (10% deducted as processing and reservation fee).
• Cancellation between 48 to 72 hours before scheduled jump:
50% refund of booking amount.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before scheduled jump:
No refund will be provided.
• No refund will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
2. Attempt Policy (Very Important)
• Each participant is allowed a maximum of two attempts to initiate the jump from the platform.
• If the participant is unable to jump or refuses to jump after two attempts, it will be treated as a voluntary withdrawal, and:
— No refund will be provided
— No rescheduling will be allowed
• Fear, hesitation, or refusal at the platform is considered a personal decision and does not qualify for refund.
3. Disqualification Due to Safety or Medical Reasons
• If a participant is found medically unfit, intoxicated, or does not meet safety requirements at the site:
— No refund will be provided
— Participation will be denied for safety reasons
• If incorrect or false medical information was provided during booking, the booking becomes non-refundable.
• Final participation approval rests solely with the Bungy Master and Safety Team.
4. Cancellation Due to Weather or Technical Reasons
If Bungy Jumping is cancelled due to:
• Bad weather
• High winds
• Lightning
• Technical or equipment safety checks
• Government restrictions
• Force majeure conditions
Participants will be offered:
• Free rescheduling to another available date
OR
• Credit voucher valid for 6 months
Cash refund in such cases is subject to management approval.
5. Late Arrival & Slot Miss Policy
• Participants must report at least 30 minutes before their scheduled time slot.
• Failure to arrive on time may result in cancellation of the jump without refund.
• Thrill Spirit is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, personal reasons, or travel issues.
6. Once Activity is Initiated
• No refund will be provided once:
— Safety briefing is completed
— Equipment is worn
— Participant enters the jump platform
• Even if participant chooses not to jump at the last moment, refund will not be applicable.
7. Booking Transfer Policy
• Booking may be transferred to another person at least 24 hours before scheduled jump.
• Replacement participant must meet all safety and eligibility criteria.
• Transfer is subject to approval by Thrill Spirit team.
8. Refund Processing Time
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refund will be issued via original payment method only.
• Payment gateway charges, taxes, and processing fees may be deducted.
9. Authority & Final Decision
• Thrill Spirit reserves the right to cancel or refuse participation in the interest of safety.
• The decision of the Bungy Master and Safety Team is final and binding.
• Safety always takes priority over commercial considerations.

• All bookings must be made through the official Thrill Spirit website or authorized booking partners.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation via email/WhatsApp.
• Participants must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.
• Government-issued photo ID may be required at the activity location.
2. Payment Terms
• 100% advance payment is required to confirm Bungy Jumping bookings.
• Payments can be made via secure online payment gateway.
• Cash payments at the site are subject to availability and prior approval.
• Booking slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Rescheduling Policy
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the booked slot.
• One-time rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.
• Rescheduled booking must be used within 30 days from the original date.
• Same-day rescheduling is not permitted unless approved due to extreme circumstances.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
