- Start your rafting adventure on the Ganga. Navigate through thrilling rapids like Roller Coaster, Golf Course, Return to Sender (rapids depend on stretch).

Who Can Participate
Age Requirement
• Minimum age: 14 years
• First-time rafters are welcome. No prior rafting experience is required.
Fitness & Health Criteria
• Participants should be in good general health and physically fit.
• Ability to swim is recommended but not mandatory (life jackets are provided).
• Participants should be comfortable with water-based adventure activities.
Medical & Safety Guidelines
• Individuals with heart conditions, severe asthma, epilepsy, recent fractures, or major surgeries should not participate.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in rafting.
• Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted.
Weight & Body Considerations
• Participants should fall within a safe body weight range as per rafting safety standards (generally 40 kg – 100 kg).
• If a participant’s BMI is significantly above or below the normal range, consultation with our Rafting Coordinator is required before booking.

• Final participation approval rests with the Rafting Guide / Safety Team, considering weather, river conditions, and participant fitness.

Refund Options
• 90% refund (cash)
• 100% credit voucher valid for 1 year (any rafting / adventure activity)
• Transfer your rafting slot to a friend (same date & stretch)
Cancellation Between 4 Days – 2 Days Before Rafting
Refund Options
• 50% refund (cash)
• 70% credit voucher for the same rafting stretch (valid for 1 year)
• Transfer your rafting slot to a friend (same date & stretch)
Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Rafting
Refund Options
• No cash refund
• 30% credit voucher for the same rafting stretch (valid for 6 months)
• Transfer allowed only if informed before reporting time
Emergency Cancellation Policy
In case of:
• Death in immediate family (parents, siblings, spouse, children)
• Hospitalization (minimum 48 hours)
• Major fracture (arm/leg) within 48 hours of rafting
Refund Option
• 80% refund in cash
• 20% as credit voucher (valid for 1 year, any Thrill Spirit activity)

• Change of rafting date is subject to availability & river conditions
• In case of transfer to a friend, the participant must meet all rafting safety requirements
• Thrill Spirit reserves the right to modify or update policies without prior notice

• Full payment is mandatory to confirm rafting slot
• Late or incomplete payments may lead to automatic cancellation without refund
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–15 working days
• Payments made using vouchers, discounts, or promo codes are non-refundable in cash
Voucher Terms
• Vouchers are non-transferable
• Cannot be combined with any other offer
• Valid only for bookings made directly with Thrill Spirit (India)
• Voucher redemption requires registered phone number or email

• If rafting is stopped mid-way due to participant’s own decision, no refund applies

Thrill Spirit shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond control including but not limited to:
• Floods, heavy rainfall, landslides
• Government restrictions
• Road blockages
• Sudden rise in river water levels
• Natural disasters or emergencies
