Thrill Spirit – Booking Policy

At Thrill Spirit, we aim to make your adventure booking process smooth, transparent, and hassle-free.
This policy applies to all our adventure activities including Trekking, Rafting, Paragliding, Camping, Zipline, Giant Swing, Bungee Jumping, Winter Sports, and Water Sports & more.

1. Advance Booking & Payment Terms

  • To confirm your booking, a minimum 30% advance payment is required.

  • Advance payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • You may also choose to make full payment at the time of booking.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment modes:

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • Net Banking

  • UPI

Cash payments, cheques, or any other payment modes are not accepted for online bookings.

3. Booking Confirmation

  • Your booking will be confirmed once the payment is successfully received and verified.

  • You will receive an official confirmation email with activity details, reporting time, and location.

  • For group bookings, payment must be made in a single transaction to avoid confusion.

4. Participant Information Requirement

  • All participants must provide valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License).

  • For certain activities, additional medical fitness or consent forms may be required.

  • Participants under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian consent.

5. Activity Timings & Participation

  • Please report at the activity location at leas  1 hour before the scheduled start time.

  • Late arrival may result in loss of booking without any refund.

  • The Thrill Spirit team reserves the right to refuse participation if a participant is unfit, under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or fails to meet safety requirements.

6. Weather & Operational Conditions

  • Adventure activities are subject to weather conditions, government regulations, and operational safety checks.

  • In case of activity rescheduling or cancellation by Thrill Spirit due to such reasons, we will provide a suitable alternative date or voucher.
